Se acaba de publicar «From Manchester to Palestine: A Compilation of Music & Poetry». A través de 91 pistas, el recopilatorio es una muestra urgente de solidaridad por parte de los creativos musicales y literarios de la ciudad de Mánchester que tiene como objetivo recaudar fondos para los palestinos que viven en Gaza.
La compilación que se describe como «un poderoso testimonio del corazón colectivo» solo estará disponible del 03 de noviembre al 03 de diciembre. Todas las ganancias se donarán a las ONGs Middle East Children’s Alliance (MECA) y Restless Beings, que constantemente trabajan para mejorar la vida en los países del Medio Oriente.
Obras de poetas, creativos y estrellas de la música electrónica radicadas en esta ciudad británica han respondido al llamado para unirse a este disco benéfico de 91 temas que navegan entre sonidos UK garage, bass, hip hop, chill hop, lofi house (como ‘Low Slung’ de Contours & Yadava) y más.
